For the citizens of Vaudreuil-Soulanges and the surrounding area, the future hospital in Vaudreuil-Soulanges is a priority. This future hospital:
The population of Vaudreuil-Soulanges was 161,397 in 2021, which will inevitably lead to numerous health care needs. The MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges is currently the only Canadian region with more than 100,000 inhabitants that does not have a hospital.
The Montéregie-Ouest Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSSMO) is constantly working to improve the accessibility, continuity and quality of health services offered to the population of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. The Vaudreuil-Soulanges Hospital Foundation was created in order to collect financial contributions, to find a volunteer workforce and to make information available concerning several files of prime importance for our future hospital.
Projects supported by the FHVS Foundation, in connection with its health mandate for the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region.
In 2003, under the honorary presidency of Franco Donato, the first Salon des vins Vaudreuil-Soulanges tradeshow took place.
Over the years and with success, the event grew in size. It is now held in a larger space, which makes it possible to welcome more visitors and wine distributors.
Thank you to all the presidents who, year after year, took over to ensure the success of this event.
“For me, the Salon des vins represents an event that achieves three goals that are all very important to me: to create a gathering of business people from the region, to introduce wine to wine lovers of our region and, among other things, to raise funds for charitable and social works that help our community.”
